Manual Therapy FAQ:
-
Manual therapy sessions are for those who have any musculoskeletal ailment or dysfunction.
Chronic discomfort from your desk setup, that achy shoulder that won’t let you complete a full snatch, that sharp knee pain that keeps you from running around the block.
Whatever the dysfunction, through identification and current manual therapy techniques my goal is to get you moving pain free.
-
All sessions will begin with a 2 min assessment due to the body being in a constant state of change based on our activity the previous 24 hours.
A technique will then be chosen based on presentation and overall goal discussed during consultation.
We will then complete the session in coaching through a series of movements specific to your individualized plan.
-
These sessions can be purchased individually to fit in your plan or as a package to sprinkle over the long haul.
They will also be recommended if a dysfunction is noticed during a training session. This allows for you to stop moving in a dysfunctional movement and improve overall range of motion.

My clinical philosophy in treatment predominantly merges the use of anatomy trains and the SFMA for an initial evaluation.
Treatments range from use of Active Release Technique to cupping to Primal Release Technique and are solely based on the patient before me versus preconceived plans of what fits a schedule.
