Hannah J. N. Brouwer

Hannah embarked on a 12-year journey to identify gaps in the healthcare system. With a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance, specializing in exercise science and sports nutrition, Hannah gained valuable experience by immersing herself in various roles within the hospital and emergency settings. Her goal was to improve the healthcare provided to patients by shadowing and engaging with professionals from different disciplines, identifying the greatest challenges and limitations regarding insurance, time for provider-patient interactions, and the quality of education and progression of treatment.

During her time working abroad in Ethiopia and Guatemala, as well as in various locations across Alaska, Montana, Washington, Minnesota, Virginia, and Colorado, Hannah discovered a common thread that hindered patients in all treatments. This limitation, which transcended language, setting, activity, experience, and age, was dysfunctional movement. It was affecting the quality of life and hindering individuals from achieving their goals.

Motivated by this realization, Hannah returned to school to obtain her master's degree in Athletic Training. This exposed her to numerous manual therapy techniques and broadened her perspective on biomechanics.

Now, she applies her extensive experience and training to optimize efficiency in treatments and improve communication in education and coaching. By doing so, she eliminates barriers and empowers individuals with limited resources to find success in their own journey.
